The efficiency of Nikima and getting my banker all the info needed. Also, she put me on to vendors to assist me with getting features on my car before it was delivered and the condition of the vehicle was pristine.
Melinda was impressive. Been there twice and she remembered my name and gave me information even though Nikima was not at work.
