High Voltage Battery Warranty Electric and hybrid vehicle batteries are covered for up to 8 years or 200,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), against manufacturing defects.

Audio System Warranty The original factory-installed audio system is covered for up to 6 years or 200,000 kilometres.

Parts Availability & Support We ensure parts availability before introducing new models and maintain access to a large inventory of genuine spare parts across the network.
- Parts Warranty 1-Year Warranty
The genuine spare parts purchased at the location of the dealer or service provider designated by Great Wall Motors, and installed on the vehicle by the seller, are warranted for 12 months or 20,000 kilometers from the date of installation (whichever occurs first, except for wear and tear parts), and the date should be subject to the spare parts purchasing invoice or other valid certificates. -
Transferable Warranty If you sell your vehicle, the remaining warranty coverage is transferred to the new owner.

Certified Service Network All authorised GWM dealerships across the Caribbean are equipped with service workshops to maintain and support your vehicle.

Scheduled Maintenance To maintain warranty coverage, servicing must be completed every 12 months or 10,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, in accordance with the owner’s manual.
New Car Warranty
The GWM New Vehicle Warranty applies to all new GWM vehicles sold through authorized dealers across the Caribbean region. All eligible vehicles are backed by a 6-year / 200,000 kilometre warranty.*
Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes at any time during the warranty period—including, but not limited to, rental, hire, or taxi services—will also be covered by a 6-year / 200,000 kilometre warranty.
What is included in your warranty?
6-Year / 200,000 Kilometre Vehicle Warranty
All new GWM vehicles sold through authorised dealers across the Caribbean are covered by a 6-year / 200,000 kilometre warranty. This warranty ensures your vehicle is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the coverage period, starting from the date of registration or first use (whichever comes first).
Any authorised GWM dealer within the Caribbean will carry out warranty repairs using new or remanufactured parts at no cost for parts or labour. A reasonable time should be allowed for the completion of repairs.
High Voltage Battery Warranty
For electric and hybrid models, the high voltage battery is covered by an 8-year / 200,000 kilometre warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please note that some level of battery capacity reduction over time is normal and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
5-Year Paint Warranty
GWM vehicles are also covered by a 5-year paint warranty, protecting against defects in paint materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
12-Year Anti-Corrosion Warranty
The body of your GWM vehicle is protected by a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty, covering perforation caused by corrosion from the inside out, under normal operating conditions.
