I particularly appreciated Shikiera liasing with the loans and insurance officers to facilitate a speedier process, as well as facilitating the delivery of the vehicle as my ride wasn’t available at the time of collection. Overall a very pleasant process and I appreciated the call from Nicholas and general congratulations from the CAR team on becoming a new vehicle owner.
