I was initially skeptical about purchasing a hybrid or electric vehicle. However, Karah explained the benefits and features but best of all, she made note of the warranty package that CAR provides. I thought of how convenient it would be for me to have the car maintained, removing the fear of battery issues, parts and servicing expenses. I knew I was going to buy a vehicle with CAR after my first interaction with her, however, hybrid was our preferred vehicle and Shikiera was then introduced. The purchasing process was smooth and simple with quick and responsive communication and submission of invoices and brochures. The convenience of having the team come to pick up and drop off documents made a lasting impression.
