I spoke with Lea-Ann who was very helpful and guided me on the next steps. Following her advice, I took the vehicle to Quality Tyre for an assessment. The inspection revealed that there was a nail in the tire, which was causing the slow leak. The issue was promptly rectified. I would like to commend the team at Quality Tyre for their great service and the team at Caribbean Automotive Retailers (CAR) for their outstanding customer care.
